RETURN POLICY

Any unfortunate chance, you receive a product that meets any of the following condition(s), we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your complete satisfaction
✓ If you receive an item with significant quality defects
✓ If your products arrive damaged
✓ Wrong item, size, or color being delivered
✓ Product lost in shipment
Also note that, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, you can easily exchange the item in fresh, unused condition at Besrof Online Sales Office within 30 days of the purchase date, along with your receipt/invoice and original packing box for online ordersa nd we will gladly exchange the product.
Please note that the exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase price, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the purchase value difference must be paid. No cash refund is applicable in any case.
Alternatively, you can also exchange your items by placing exchange requests through email at support@besrof.com.
The respective items must be reverted to the Besrof E-commerce warehouse at A-1/01, FR Manson, Abul Kalam Housing Society Road, 11 Miles, Hathazari, Chattogram. Such exchange will be processed within 15 (Fifteen) working days after receipt of the item(s) in accordance with the terms of this Exchange Policy.
