Shipping & Delivery Policy

Besrof is dedicated to delivering your orders in good condition and on time, so we ship our product(s) via reputable couriers. Our shipping policies are as follows:

1. We are committed to delivering your order inside Chattogram within 3 (Three) working days and 05 (Five) working days outside Chattogram after the order is confirmed.
2. Delivery charge is BDT 80 inside Chattogram, and BDT 100 outside Chattogram.
3. Each order will be delivered to a single destination as specified in the purchase order. It is important to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the ordering process to ensure successful delivery.
4. n exceptional cases where a single order/invoice contains multiple items, we may make multiple deliveries to ensure the timely availability of each item. However, no extra delivery charges will be imposed in such cases.
